We work alongside nonprofit partners, educators, community leaders, and organizations to design and activate programs that expand opportunity for young people, strengthen Orange County communities, and protect the coastal environments that inspire future generations.

We design and activate programs that give young people access to education, entrepreneurship, sports, music, technology, mentorship, and real-world experiences that expand what's possible.

We partner with nonprofits, schools, and civic organizations across Orange County to strengthen our local community through service, wellness, education, family support, and collaborative programming.

We support organizations protecting our oceans, coastlines, wildlife, and natural environments so future generations can enjoy and care for the places that shape our communities.

The Gross Labs Foundation was born from a simple belief:
access changes lives.
What began as the Find Your Grind Foundation focused on helping young people discover purpose, explore future possibilities, and gain exposure to experiences beyond the classroom. Through partnerships with schools, educators, brands, and community organizations, the foundation helped create opportunities for thousands of students to better understand themselves and envision their futures.
As Gross Labs evolved into a broader ecosystem spanning education, sports, media, entertainment, hospitality, and community development, so did our vision for impact. Today, the Gross Labs Foundation represents the next chapter of that journey-leveraging the people, partnerships, businesses, and resources across the Gross Labs ecosystem to expand opportunity for the next generation, strengthen communities, and support initiatives that create a healthier future for our planet.
While our mission has grown, our belief remains the same: when people are given access to opportunity, they can achieve extraordinary things.

We roll up our sleeves to create opportunities for young people, strengthen our Orange County community, protect our oceans and wildlife, and help future generations build healthier, more connected, and purpose-driven lives.
